Apple has just posted two new television spots for the iPad and the iPad mini titled ‘Alive‘ and ‘Together‘. In these TV ads Apple talkes about the 300,000+ apps made for the iPad. Some of the apps shown in these TV ads are AmpliTube, Style.com, GarageBand, TED, iMovie, iBooks, Dinosaur Zoo, Toca Hair Salon, Vimeo, Rockmate, Glow Hockey 2 HD, and FaceTime. A new vulnerability that has been discovered in iOS 6.1 that can be exploited to bypass passcode locks on iOS devices, it is not “simple” but once it’s performed, it grants access to a device’s contacts, voicemails and photos. An Exchange bug is causing iOS 6.1 devices to continuously loop when syncing a recurring calendar meeting invitation to Microsoft Exchange and this way crippling battery life and performance.
