Apple has just released iOS 6.1.3 to the public and includes minor enhancements including a fix for a passcode security bug, improvements to Maps in Japan and it addresses at least one of the security holes used by the evasi0n jailbreak tool. Just after the launch of iOS 6.1.2 that includes a fix for the Exchange calendar bug, Apple released iOS 6.1.3 Beta 2 to developers that includes a fix for the Passcode Lock bug. The release notes for the beta version indicated that it is focused on Maps improvements for Japan, and Apple indicates that the beta now addresses the passcode lock bug.
