AllThingsD reports that according to CIRP’s survey of U.S. consumers who purchased Apple’s latest iPhones during the last days of September, 64 percent of total iPhone sales are iPhone 5s models and only 27 percent are iPhone 5c models. According to a U.S. survey by Nielsen, kids aged 6-12 want nothing else than Apple’s iOS products over the next 6 months. The iPad is by far the most wanted item by kids followed by the new Nintendo Wii. Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster today released a report about a U.S. teenagers survey “from over over 7,700 teenagers”, showing that 40% of respondents currently own an iPhone “which was only 34% 6 months ago”. iPhone users care more about their phone than they do their breath. Telenav did a survey and found that 22 percent of 514 U.S. respondents would be willing to give up their toothbrush versus their smartphone. For iPhone users this number jumps to 40 percent! Even among feature phone users, however, TeleNav survey showed respondents strong attachment to their mobile phones.
