On Apple’s media event, Apple announced that the iPhone 5c Pre-Orders will be available on September 13, however they did not specified at what time it will begin taking orders. Macrumors report that a number of forum members who pre-ordered LTE models of the iPad mini and fourth-generation iPad have either already received their shipments this morning or are seeing their packages out for delivery. It is unknown when Apple will start selling the fourth-generation iPad and iPad Mini in stores, but AT&T was planning to begin selling the devices this Friday, November 16 and stocks of LTE models have arrived in stores already.

Apple has issued a press release about the record-breaking iPhone 5 pre-orders of over two million units in the first 24 hours of availability, which is more than double the previous record of one million held by iPhone 4S.
