Last week we wrote that WindSolutions announced the launch of CopyTrans Contacts for easily managing your iPhone, iPod and iPad contacts without iTunes. Since yesterday I started using it and I have to say i am very pleased. It is plain, fast and easy to use. All you have to do is connect your iDevice to your PC and CopyTrans Contacts will quickly take charge of your iOS address book, enabling users to import or export, organize, and edit their contacts. Take a look after the break where I will show you how to use CopyTrans Contacts and why this easy to use tool should be added to your favorite apps. » CopyTrans Contacts: Easily Manage Your iDevice Contacts Without iTunes

Apple did not broadcast the iPhone 5 keynote live so for all the people that did not see the Media Event, Apple posted a video of the event on its website. In the video you can see an introduction of the iPhone 5, the new iPod Touch, the new iPod Nano, iOS 6 and the new iTunes. The video also should be available soon on Apple’s YouTube channel and in the iTunes Store. [Podcast links: Keynotes, Keynotes in HD, Keynotes in 1080p HD]

After Tim Cook’s usual talk about how Apple is doing, Phil Schiller took the stage to introduce the next generation iPhone. And as expected it’s called iPhone 5 and it looks just like the many leaked images we’ve seen the last couple of weeks. It’s 7.6 mm thick. That’s a thickness reduction of 18%. It’s also 20% lighter at just 112 grams. The iPhone 5 has a 4 inch retina display. This is the thinnest and lightest iPhone yet.
Much more after the break.

Earlier Apple already announced that the winner of its 25 billion app countdown contest was Fu Chunli (see above), a resident of Qingdao, China who downloaded “Disney Where’s My Water? Free” and won a $10,000 iTunes Gift Card. M.I.C. Gadget reported that she had only been an iPhone user for a month at the time of milestone and had been unaware of the contest until she was contacted by Apple.
Fu Chunli was not a big fan of Apple, and had only purchased her iPhone for about one month, still learning how to use the App Store. She didn’t know anything about the competition until she was contacted by Apple. When she received a call from staff at Apple (China), she thought it was a hoax. She was still confused when a friend told her that she received a prize from Apple, but did not believe her luck until she saw an email from Apple Inc.

Apple has increased the over-the-air download limit for the App Store from 20MB, up to 50MB. The reason for this can be The new iPad launch because it includes a high resolution Retina Display which stands for larger app sizes. So from now on you can downlaod larger apps over 3G or 4G networks on all devices. » Apple Changed Over-the-Air App Store Download Limits To 50 MB
