A Vietnamese website Tinhte published some photos that show a prototype iPhone 4 that has received slight modifications to make it cheaper, lighter and faster, suggesting it could replace the iPhone 3GS to become Apples new entry-level handset when a fifth-generation iPhone launches. China did it again, they created a iClone. Its a cheap knockoff of the Next Gen iPhone, before Apple could release the real thing. This phone is called the GPS-PHONE and looks pretty cheap but has a build in TV antenna, a front facing camera, mini USB interface, camera flash and allows you to install java applications. The guy that found the iPhone “4G” prototype in a bar has been found. Brian J. Hogan ”21” resident of Redwood City, California has been found by Wired by following clues on social network sites. Brian J. Hogan has been paid $5000 by Gizmodo allowing the site exclusive access to review the phone. He regrets not doing more to return the device to its owner » iPhone Prototype Finder Found

All iPhone and Gadgets sites are all worked up about the “iPhone Found in a Bar in Redwood City”. First Engadget thought it was the real next gen iPhone, later they said it was just a simple Japanese knock-off, and now Gizmodo said they are sure it’s the real thing. They said they already got their hands on the device since one week and disassembled it to find out what it really was. Unfortunately they cant boot the device because Apple remotely killed the phone before they got access to it, Apple also want the prototype back. Apple will create an iPhone with Touch-Sensitive Casing, just like the multi-touch Magic mouse. This is what Robert Chen claims “analyst of Goldman Sachs”.

Gizmodo reports that Chinese parts supplier China Ontrade is offering an “Apple iPhone 4 Generation Midboard”, which the company claims it received from Apple manufacturing partner Foxconn on November 1st.
