had a interview with Terry Gou, the man who started Foxconn and “the man of the iPhone”. He said they are creating 137.000 iPhone 4s a day, which is 90 iPhones a minute. Foxconn is not only knows as the creator of the iPhone but also the creator if Sony PlayStations and Dell-computers. Foxconn will raise the salaries of 420.000 employees in its factories by 20 percent. People say they raise the salary to prevent more suicides by their employees, but the company claims that they already planned to raise the salary a long time ago and that its not a response at the suicides. The average salary of employees working at Foxconn is around $131 a month and will now be raised with $26. CEO Terry Guo also said that they will relocate about 80.000 to western parts of China so that they can be closer to their families.

just announced that Foxconn “according to analysts Ming-Chi Kuo” will ship 24 million units of Apple’s latest iPhone 4G starting in June.

Foxconn will ship 4.5 million units in the first half and 19.5 million units for the rest of 2010. Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 4G on June 7, 2010 during Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference. The new device will adopt IPS (in-plane switching) panels with FFS (fringe-field switching) technology and a 960×640 resolution, Kuo said, noting that LG Display and Prime View International are the panel suppliers.

According to the reports the new iPhone will run on the Arm Cortex A8 processor and have a 512MB memory module from Samsung.

A chinese news paper has publicized the list with all the company’s that are making the separate iPhone 3G components. There aren’t much supprises here, as most of the components we find in the new iPhone 3G have already been used in the current first gen iPhone. One interesting fact is that these company’s will see there revenues increased substantionaly as Apple is expecting to sell more then 27million units by the end of 2009.

China based news agency the Commercial Times reported today that FoxConn, received an initial order to create 3G iPhones.
They will start creating them on end of may and have received a total order of 24 a 25 million units.
