9to5mac posted some images of Apples preparations at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco where the company will hold its next-generation iPad event and possibly the introduction of a refreshed Apple TV. Apple sended out an invitation to the media outlets to attend a special event being held in New York City next week. A source of techcrunch confirmed that Apple will be holding a product event later this month in New York. According to the source the event will not involve any hardware at all and instead will focus on publishing and eBooks (sold through Apples iBooks platform) rather than iAds.
