The iPhone App Skype has been updated “to 2.0” and now allows calls using AT&T’s 3G data network. Unfortunately there is also some bad news. VoIP calls over AT&T’s 3G data network is only free till “at least” August 2010, after that you need a mobile subscription. The quality of Voice Calls over 3G is surprisingly good. AT&T has made an Ad to convince people that they have the fastest network compared to the network of Verizon. At&T claims they have the fastest 3G speeds.
