iOS_4.3
Apple just dropped iOS 4.3 beta 1 for developers for all devices, including the iPhone 3Gs/4, iPad, iPod Touch 3G/4G and AppleTV 2. But it doesn’t support the iPhone 3G, I have no idea why. If you are not a jailbreaker or unlocker you can download the beta from Apple’s developers page.

We told you about the fact that Single-use alarms don’t work at all on januari 1st and 2nd, because of a bug in iOS 4.0.2 and 4.1. Apple responded on this issue with the next message “We’re aware of an issue related to non-repeating alarms set for January 1 or 2. Customers can set recurring alarms for those dates and all alarms will work properly beginning January 3.”. This is not the first time the iOS alarm had some trouble, so hopefully Apple will do something about it this time. » Apple Aware Of iPhone Alarm Issue

Today a lot of people complained about the fact that they didnt woke up by the iPhone’s built-in alarm clock application. Single-use alarms don’t work at all because of a bug in iOS 4.0.2 and 4.1, but alarms set to repeat at least once during the week will work properly. 9to5mac did some tests and found out that this bug fixes itself on January 3rd, which means that anybody who sets an alarm just for tomorrow won’t be woken up by the iPhone’s built-in alarm clock application. » iPhone Alarm Not Working On New Years Day

iOS 4.2 for the iPad has recently been released and some iPad owners noticed that Apple has lowered the power output of the iPad’s 30-pin connector to a mere 20mA, down from 100mA in iOS 3.2. This means that connected devices such as USB Keyboards, USB Flash drivers and Cameras that require power of more than 20mA will no longer work and will give you the message “The connected USB device requires too much power.”. » iOS 4.2 Reduces Power Output to iPad Camera Connection Kit

New day, new app in Cydia. Today AllPlay is available in the Cydia Store which can be downloaded for free. It enables video streaming to AppleTV using AirPlay from any 3rd party apps, including Safari. You need iOS 4.2.1 to use AllPlay and you can get it via the BigBoss repo. Note: it doesn’t work with the Netflix.app and the VLC app. » Enable AirPlay To 3rd Party Apps Thanks To AllPlay [jailbreak]
