A big developer of speech recognition software is Nuance. They develop a software program called Dragon NaturallySpeaking. This software enables users to type without hands and start programs without using the keyboard or mouse. It is done by using your voice. Now ofcourse you have Voice Control on the iPhone 3GS, but that’s nothing compared to the software created by Nuance. For the first time Nuance is going to launch an adapted version for the iPhone.

Gameloft will release a remastered version of Driver. Nearly everything from the original PC game Driver has been brought to the iPhone version, including the exact same physics and driving engine present in the original PC version. Joel Comm, creator of the application ‘iFart’, has a personal message for Steve Jobs and he is delivering that message via a YouTube video. He wants Steve Jobs to improve the App Store approval system. His newest app, the ‘ka-ching’ app, has been rejected, because there was not enough functionality. Comm blames Apple of having an inconsistent policy, because the App Store has approved apps with the same amount of functionality as his ‘ka-ching’ app. What do you think?
