More than 25 percent of all YouTube watching happens on mobile devices. Because of this Google got a lot of complains about their YouTube app that did not support the iPhone 5 display and the iPad. However, Google has just updated their YouTube app for iOS and now supports the iPhone 5 display and the iPad. The update also comes with the ability to stream videos over AirPlay to the Apple TV or other enabled devices more easily. Videos are also said to start faster and play more smoothly. Google has also improved VoiceOver support for those with visual impairments.
