Apple Daily, a Hong Kong publication has posted images of what they say is the upcomingiPad compared to iPad 1 and 2. As you can see the front iPad has a  bigger camera lens and they claim that the camera is a whopping 8 megapixels. “Apple.pro grabbed some images of the print version that seem to show the tapering better.“
