Pulse Code is proud to announce the release and immediate worldwide availability of their first universal application for iOS called Rhythm Studio. It is a wide collection of virtual instruments that allows users to go beyond just listening to the music and create their own music from scratch. Rhythm Studio includes a full 808 drum machine, 303 synthesizer, sample based synthesizer, XY style control pad, and mixer with FX. Working as a mobile recording studio, Rhythm Studio helps to create entire music compositions with ease.

Rhythm Studio offers a real life recording and mixing experience on the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. Every button does the exact same thing as it would on real life hardware – knobs turn, switches slide, and buttons press. The workspace is represents a virtual desktop containing all of the devices of the song. Navigating through the workspace is fast and easy thanks to the birds eye view that along with uncluttered design makes Rhythm Studio a great mix of functionality and usability.

Rhythm Studio takes the classic software to a whole new level making it a must-have for musicians of all levels. The app offers three different ways to create music. Users can manually program the drum machine and synthesizers like the original hardware, create randomized patterns based on the key and scale of the song, or use the control pad to play the drum machine or synthesizers live.

“We are very pleased with the final results of Rhythm Studio, our experience creating the app was as enjoyable as it is using the app. We strive to make Rhythm Studio our flagship application which continually improves and grows according to our users needs.” – said William Iturzaeta, Application Architect

You can download Rhythm Studio from the App Store for $0,99.
