Apple just released an update for iTunes, iTunes 10.2.1. This update improves compatibility with iOS devices running iOS 4.3. A new feature that can be used with this update is Home Sharing,you will be able to stream music across your local network from iOS 4.3 devices. You can download this update from the Apple site here.
