The Chinese website Caing.com reported that the iPhone 4 will be launched in China on September 16th. According to a “source” the provider China Unicom will sell the iPhone 4 that you can purchase on the China Unicom website. China Unicom is the exclusive provider of the iPhone and already launched the 8GB iPhone 3GS on August 9th.

China Unicom will give away free iPhone bumper cases to prevent the reception issues when holding the device using the death grip. There are no prices released yet, but we will keep you updated.
