itunes Explicit category gone previewOn Steve Jobs birthday Apple updated the iTunes store with a new category, called “Explicit”. It is believed that this category can be used for the “overtly sexual” Apps and parents can turn Explicit Apps on and of this to protect their kids from seeing “overtly sexual” Apps. But guess what…. Apple already removed the Explicit category the same day. What are they doing?

Maybe they where doing some tests and the Explicit category will come back soon? Well probably not because an iPhone developer called Apple and Apple confirmed the removal and said “it’s not going to happen anytime soon”.
