WARNING: Do not upgrade your device with Firmware 3.1.3 if you are a jailbreaker. Apple unexpectedly released this new Firmware version that makes it impossible to jailbreak your iDevice. It also includes some bug fixes.
Firmware 3.1.3 contains some bug fixes including:
1. Improves accuracy of reported battery level on iPhone 3Gs
2. Resolves issue where 3rd party apps would not launch in some instances
3. Fixes bug that may cause an app to crash when using the Japanese Kana keyboard
And you can’t jailbreak your device once updated to firmware 3.1.3!!
Lets hope the Dev Team (or any other hacker) can create a new Jailbreak for Firmware 3.1.3.

Devteam is reporting that the 3G and below can be jailbroken on the new firmware, but that an unlock may not be available for it. I have to wonder why risk it, since there appears to be no new features?
