Recently, we’ve seen many applications that have been rejected by Apple due to various reasons, whether it be for uselessness or duplication of another iPhone feature. Well, now all of the rejection letters sent from Apple are under a Non-Disclosure Agreement, which means none of the contents may be shown or told to anyone other than the recipient of the email. This is most likely to protect Apple’s integrity when rejecting applications.
The emails now start with:
THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS MESSAGE IS UNDER NON-DISCLOSURE
Â
The iPhone SDK is also under a Non-Disclosure Agreement, unfortunately, preventing developers from helping other developers much. Many people are hopeful that the NDA will be lifted, but all of that is still in the air.
