RemoteNote has been upgraded to version 1.0.1.
It has improved nicely, remotenote now supporst a password and username.
When you open up the app for you can change the username and password to your preferenceds.
Standard pass and username are remotenote.
When you open remotenotes on your pc/mac it will now ask you that username and password before you can proceed editing the notes.
When you login you will notice that the gui has been rewritten. I must say it’s very nice.
One other thing that has been improved is the unicode support for more languages.

Raging thunder is a new game released by Polarbit. They are already won several awards with this game and now it’s available onto our iPhone …

I do have some remarks about the game.

The steering is done by the tilting your iPhone left or right and it’s not easy.
I was only able to play a quick race as saving your race profile is not possible.
The game also crashed several times.

It’s been some time since i last reviewed a game. And as it’s a little bit quiet on the installer for new games. I’M going to review WeLLK.
WeLLK is no new game, it has been around since nov 2007, but it’s a really fun game, so i thought it was nice to quickly review it.
WeLLK is from our chinese Friends who brought us wetool (the sms managing app, check here for a quick review).
On to the game itself.
The game is very similar to mahjong’s. You need to connect two identical pieces using less then four lines.
The game is mostly in Chinese, but it has one theme (Disney theme) that is English.

Customize 2.09b has been released to the general public.
What changed?
-It’s no longer needed to register on the customize site and have an account.
-The repo is no longer customize but it has moved to the STE packaging source.
I can’t detect any visual changes to the app for the moment.

Vodafone’s had some nice news this morning.

It’s the night of the warnings, first with Fring and now this news.

Jonathan “NerveGas” Zdziarski, all round iPhone hacker and author of the “iPhone Open Application Development” has found out that when you restore your iPhone to any firmware version, your personal data isn’t deleted or overwritten. So if you ever sell or need to bring back your iPhone to apple, think twice about just restoring.

Your mails, contacts, and other data remain on the device after a restore!!

For now there’s no cleaning tool available yet, but i guess with this news, it won’t take very long.

I just picked up some news wondering the net.
I wasn’t aware untill today that there was a Mame project being worked on, but there is.

Let me first inform you what Mame is.

MAME is an emulator application designed to recreate the hardware of arcade gaming systems in software, with the intent of preserving gaming history and preventing vintage games from being lost or forgotten. The name is an acronym for Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator. <-sniplet from Wikipedia
