The App Store is a great tool to get the best out of your iDevice, but sometimes you would like to try an application before you purchase it. Because of that, Apple created a new category in the App Store called, Try Before You Buy. In this category you can find a collection of Lite and Free versions of an application. Its still not that big of a deal, its just a collection of already existing Lite and demo apps. So don’t expect there to be more demos or lite versions because till now the Try Before You Buy section only includes around 100 applications. But maybe app developers will change their mind and will create more demo versions of their applications so their app will be listed in the Try Before You Buy section. » Try Before You Buy: New Category In App Store
