12o clock european CET the App Store became live. You can already buy some of the applications but installing is not yet possible. The application on the iPhone still has some stability issues. In 5 minutes the app crashed about 5 times. Maybe this is due to the high traffic going to the site. In the application you have 3 buttons, new, what’s hot and categories. On the bottom of the screen you have 5 buttons just like the iTunes application: Recommended, genres, Top 23, search and updates.

Greenwave Software LLC announced TalkBubbles 1.0, their fun-to-use photo sharing utility for iPhone and iPod Touch. TalkBubbles can add comic-like speech and thought bubbles to a picture from either the image library or photos taken with the iPhone’s camera.

iTunes 7.7 has been publicly made available like it was presumed. The new functions include the remote voor iPhone and iPod touch. iTunes 7.7 now also has the integration with MobileME.What we off course can’t forget is the App Store icon that has been introduced in iTunes 7.7. However this is not yet fully working.

Marco Giorgini’s very popular applications Kingdom Lores and CubeWorld are going to be available in the App Store soon. We know these app’s as jailbroken applications and also these will follow the way that allready some very popular games + apps have made. Just think about TapTap Revolution and Twinkle and ….

And yet again there’s a big list of upcoming apps that will be released sooner or later on the Apple App Store. Some of these have been announced earlier but it’s still another batch to get to that magic 4000 number :)

Picnic Poker is an upcoming poker game by Sea Lion Games. It looks like a puzzle game inspired by Poker. There’s really not much information available for now. We can only assume that the game will be released in the App Store. Here’s a vid to see what’s coming.
