Psycho super prefs is a advanced preferences screen created by ifoneguide.nl and croiman.
You may remember croiman as he was the guy who made the now infamous iPhone Mod.
The mod gives you a ton of extra options that apple doesn’t let you modify on with the standard preferences screen.

The tweaks include, display, logpower, keyboard, and a special subset of special tweaks.

This special subset let’s you change shuffle mode, ipod controls, wifi strenght (in number), battery level (number), cloaking, fake carrier(let’s you set a name instead of the default carrier name (mim mod), fake time (change the time to a name and let’s you set a shortcut), fake time shortcut, app reveal, ipod dock, show internal apps, enable screenshot, home button choser, touch settings!

1) Locate and install the app. Chose your language.

2) Let’s start the app and check out the settings. The first thing you will notice is that all icons are changed.

3) Let’s check the rest of the screens. I will leave this up to you to experiment.

This little app is available in the Installer.app through the iFoneGuide Experimental packaging source, see our sources page.

I really want to try the advance preferences but I love my icons at the moment… How do I keep my icons if i want to install the app? Is there a work around?

I couldn’t stand the icon it gave my Settings app or the picture it shows when you tap on settings, so I used customize to return to the original icon. I then found that it stores a backup of the original Default.png, so I deleted the Default.png the new app gave me and renamed the old default that was backed up Default. Now I have all my old settings for the app, but also have the advanced prefs.
