Comic Touch is another picture editor for the iPhone. This one is not for improving the picture quality, but rather having fun and making fun.

Comic Touch allows you to create a “comic” by selecting a photo from a photo album, or taking a photo with the camera. It allows you to add comments by adding a speech bubble, thought bubble, whisper bubble and a exclamation bubble. It also allows you to use several effects in a picture. Bulging, Denting, Squeezing and stretching. These all work by just pinching the screen. To remove your balloons or effects just shake the iPhone and you can start all over again. The application is from the developers Plasq which you may know from their other comic based windows and mac applications.
