Cmw has posted an update on winpwn.com about the upcoming WinPwn 2.0.
 This tool will bring all of the features of the Mac PwnageTool 2.0 to Windows users. Click the read more link for all of the information. On the site, he says:
“So planet and i have been working on updating winpwn to allow for 2.0 pwning. Expect a release within the next few days!

Hopfully this is true, and we see WinPwn released in a few days. We’ll post more updates as they come.

Are the apps on cydia going to work properly my 2G iphone when I use WinPwn 2.0? Or should I say are all iPhone 2G & 3G will have 2.0 patches plist on cydia so that everything should work? or is there a different format the dev team uses now?Anyone who can help with the answer it will be great…Thank you in advance.
Yes, then apps that are on Cydia all work with the 2.0 firmware. They work properly on the first and second generation iPhone. However, the only actual applications available on Cydia, I think, are NES Emulator, Poof, and MobileTerminal. There will be more I’m soon I’m sure.

does anyone know if you can turn edge off on 2.0? Boss says he won’t have this function for awile. Any other ideas before switching to 2.0 with unlimited usage of edge??

i only have one question will i be able to get installer instead of cydia because i dont like the fact that there is no way to add sources if i cant get installer then i probably wont upgrade to 2.0 unless i mess something up on my ipod touch and have to restore

since this is windoze and not at mac it can never be as good.. (my opinion).. But they say they are using the same tools.
If it’s anything like previous version this will be all you need to hack it.. I don’t see why they would take a step backwards like that.
They say that cydia will include a souce installer so you can fix that. Also, this tool shouldn’t be used unless you know what you are doing. Best to wat for Winpwn which should be coming sooon! Or goto BigBoss and install the way he shows. Both will work.

i have a question, i downloaded and created a custom 1.2 with winpwn 2 now should i update my iphone to 1.2 then restore or just restore from 1.1.4? i unlocked my iphone 1.14 with ziphone
i have a big problem.i by mistake upgraded my iphone to version 2 form itunes update.then on my phone just showed usb sign with itunes.then i restored my phone form itunes.later i browsed through many website and found with help of winpwn and ziphone i can so called unlock it to get back my iphone.i tried using winpwn 1.0.0…..to unlock to version 2.0.but as i try ipwning .
