New media company Hot Phone Hit Factory announced the launch of Looking Glass, a monthly travel magazine available exclusively to iPhone users.Looking Glass offers iPhone users monthly, relevant, and up-to-date themed travel information in 12 distinct sections. Young travelers (age 18-34) will be informed and empowered to experience their destinations both physically and culturally.

Hottrix, the developers of several tricks and games for the iPhone and iPod Touch is suing Coors for $12.5 million. The reason for issuing the lawsuit is that Coors allegedly copyied Hottrix $3 beer-drinking application that allows users to virtually drink a pint by tilting their iPhone.

Now this is something i certainly won’t do. I had multiple winmo devices over the last couple of years and to be honest i never really loved the mobile os. A nordic developer named Erik Kristiansen seems to disagree with me as he developed a beta software that will allow you to run Windows Mobile on the iPhone.

For those of you out there who are too impatient for the day when iPhone-like mobiles and netbooks converge into one carry-all uber device, there’s OLO. The company will announce plans for an iPhone-powered netbook. As you can see in the image, there’s all sorts of FAIL going on right now. Wrong OS for starters, so we can probably chalk this pic up to poor Photoshopping and/or planning on OLO’s part. However, the company is adamant that the device is real, and coming soon.
