Apple announced in a press release that this Friday, July 23 the iPad will finally be released in 9 more countries including The Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, New Zealand and Singapore. There is nothing known about the price yet or when the next ship starts, but Apple said they will announce availability and local pricing for these additional countries at a later date. One thing is for sure, the iPad will be available in more countries are promised before the end of the year.
