O’Reilly has opened registrations for their iPhoneLive event the 18th of November in San Jose CA. One thing that wonders me about this new iPhone conference is the fact that there’s still a NDA on all development regarding the iPhone and iPod Touch. Game publisher Electronic Arts announed that besides Spore Origins they are planning to release 9 other titles for the iPhone. Most of these games are classics that we already know from other platform. The list includes well known titles like Yahtzee Adventures, EA Mini Golf, Lemonade Tycoon, Mahjong, Monopoly: Here & Now The World Edition, SimCity, Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 09, Need for Speed Undercover and The Sims 3.

Spore Origins has wriggled its way out to the iTunes store for the iPod. The game is a slimmed-down version of the early microbial stages in the upcoming PC game — in the main game, you’ll be able to take your little microbes up through the evolutionary ladder all the way up to space travel, but in the iPod game, you just guide a little cellular organism around in the primordial muck, eating what’s smaller than you and running away from what’s bigger.

inXile Entertainment has announced the upcoming App Store release of f Line Rider for the iPhone and iPod touch. It’s an adaptation of the popular web game, and it will cost $2.99. For the people who don’t know line rider. Line Rider is a game in which you draw a landscape with jumps, ramps and hills.

Digital Jokers, a Spanish mobile games developer annoucned that they are porting H.P. Lovecraft’s Call of Cthulhu: The Darkness Within to the iPhone. The game should be ready later this month. Call of Cthulhu is a popular mobile game that they’ve already brought to several other platforms. Check the video after the break.
