Apple has introduced the 2nd generation iPad mini. The one most requested feature to the iPad mini was a Retina display. So the new iPad mini has this high resolution screen with 2048×1536 pixels, same as the iPad air but at 7.9″.
iPad mini is also powered by the A7 chip. It has 2x faster Wi-Fi with MIMO antennas with expanded LTE support. There’s a 5MP iSight camera, a FaceTime HD camera, and it comes in silver/white and space grey/black options. And ofcourse it offers 10-hour battery life.
iPad mini with Retina starts at $399 16GB/Wi-Fi, $529 with Cellular and will be available later in November.
The original iPad mini starts at $299 for 16GB Wi-Fi. Lowest price ever for an iPad, starting under $300.
There’s a new polyurethane iPad cover for iPad mini and iPad Air for $39. The leather iPad case costs $79 for iPad Air, $69 for iPad mini and comes in Product (RED) version as well.
