iOS 6 beta 4 has been released today and it looks like that Apple has removed the YouTube application that existed on iOS since the first version in 2007. It looks like that Apple is trying to break away from all Google services, since Apple also droped Google Maps in favor of Appleā€™s own 3D Maps program.

9to5mac reported that “this just could be a bug or an error for this beta” and that “YouTube is gone from the iPhone and iPad, but it is still present on the Apple TV (below).” So we can not say for sure that the YouTube app will be removed in iOS 6.
