Bee-Farm
Following on from the overwhelming critical success of Speedball 2 Evolution and Neon Mania, Polish game developer Vivid Games announces the release of its new iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Mac title, Bee Farm. “There are two gaming genres that are absolutely perfect for the Apple platforms,” begins Vivid Games president Remigiusz Koscielny, “line drawing and time management. With our latest game, we wanted to combine those two superb gameplay mechanics seamlessly into something new and exciting.”

That game is Bee Farm, which requires players to draw a route around the garden for their band of hard-working bees, gathering pollen from flowers and bringing it back to the hives. The garden is a dangerous place, so players must carefully and quickly help the five different types of bees to avoid carnivorous plants, wasp attacks, rain storms and tornados, all while making sure the busy workers don’t crash into each other and lose their precious cargo.

“We’re delighted with the way in which these two very different gaming aspects combine so effortlessly in Bee Farm,” explains Bee Farm producer Jaroslaw Wojczakowski. “It’s a game that’s immensely addictive because it’s so natural to pick up and play, and is immediately engaging. Mastering it is a different issue, of course!”

A family-friendly game that appeals to anyone who enjoys fast action, dexterous puzzle solving and immediately accessible gameplay, Bee Farm also features a Survival mode that keeps the action going as long as the pollen is brought home.

You can download Bee Farm in the App Store for $0,99 “for a limited time only”.
