Rovio CEO Peter Vesterbacka revealed some exciting things about their popular game Angry Birds at the Virtual Goods Summit in London. He confirmed they are working on a PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii version of the game and “he hinted that a sequel to the massively successful original is in development”.

Vesterbacka announced, “we want to surprise people. No one has told the story from the pigs point of view”. What could this mean? Angry Pigs?

They are also working on a multiplayer version of the first Angry Birds game, which will look like the game Worms. “Multiplayer is a priority, but we have not determined the best way for our players to experience it yet” maybe it will be Angry Birds vs Pigs?

They are even planning on creating a Angry Birds Facebook game. As Vesterbacka says, “the aim is for angry birds to be bigger than tetris”. At this rate it doesn’t seem impossible.
