Robots are getting smarter every day. What a wonderful time we live in. Robots these days are so smart, they can even play a game on the iPhone. Yes, that’s right, the robot in the video below shows it can play EA’s Rock Band.
When Joe Bowers saw Rock Band in the App Store, a got an idea. He wanted to build a robot who could play that game just as good as any other human, or maybe even better. On his blog he shows that he succeeded in building a robot capable of playing EA’s Rock Band.
On his blog you can read how to build such a robot. Joe offers you some photos and the source code. I don’t think it’s perfect yet, because I get the idea the robot is missing the blue button every time, but it’s still pretty impressive. Makes you wonder how some people get such extraterrestrial highscores.
