This app automatically sets your iPhone in silent mode when you are in a meeting and will also automatically return to ring mode at the end of the meeting. The app is called “iSilent” and can be found in the Cydia App Store.
This means you need a jailbreak in order to use the apps in the Cydia Store. iSilent cannot be found in the App Store because it will not pass the approval system of Apple. That’s why you can find the app in the BigBoss-repo of Cydia.
As you can see in the picture on the left, you can silence a bunch of things. You can switch off the sound of a ringtone, the sound when you can a new mail or SMS and many more.
The application can be used for seven days as a trial, but unfortunately you’ll have to pay $2,99 after the trial ends. You can also create more profiles, but in the trial period.

Every thing is perfect in this application!
I installed this, it drained battery from 100 to 0 in few hours.
Phone does not go silent from all people, for some it still rings.
It does not work. only consumes battery.
does any one know better app?
