PAX ‘09 (Penny Arcade Expo) keeps delivering news about all kinds of exciting new upcoming iPhone games. There’s  also news about the future of PSP games and it seems more and more iPhone games want to make there way to the  PSP: Fieldrunners for instance.

Subatomic Studios, the creators of Fieldrunners, show their game on a PSP. In this version two new maps are shown that are not in the iPhone version. They say it was easier then they thought it would be to make the transition from the iPhone/iPod touch to the PSP. If you don’t own a PSP, don’t worry there is something for the iPhone version as well.

According to Ash, from Subatomic Studios, the two new maps in the PSP version will also be available for the iPhone through downloadable content (DLC). Both maps cost $0,99 each and will see the light before the end of the year.
