RunKeeper Pro uses the built-in GPS in the new iPhone 3G and 3GS to enable runners, cyclists, hikers, skiers, walkers, etc. to track their outdoor fitness activities.
There’s now a new update released. Several new features are added to the application. You can now (version 1.5.0.7) construct your own training sessions. This is very handy when you wanna plan an interval in the middle of your training for example. You can base your training on time or distance. During the constructed training you’ll hear the commands, so you don’t need to look on your iPhone all the time.
An example: “First interval, two minutes walking fast, next interval, two minutes walking steady, next interval, 1 km walking”.
RunKeeper Pro is available in the App Store for $9,99
