MessLess Universal Charger Mecho Wars: Colorful Fun

The new iPhone 3GS has just been launched and already the first new rumors for the next iPhone show up on the internet. MacRumors.com claimt to know about a patent from Apple for the future iPhone.041535-haptic

The first patent talks about haptic feedback. This means the touchscreen will not only show the icons, but can also let you feel the icons. This technology makes it possible to show a virtual scrollwheel that you can actually feel, for example. This way you don’t have to necessarily look at the screen.

The second patent is about fingerprint recognition. The iPhone can even recognize the specific fingerprint for security, to make sure only the owner can activate the device.

Last but not least there’s also a patent to make it possible to change the touchscreen into a rfid-reader. Ofcourse it will take a while before Apple adds the patents to the iPhone.
