Hack Apple Online Store And Get Unsubsidized iPhone 3GS

unsubsidised_3gs_apple_online_store-1On ModMyi.com is a post about how to get an unsubsidized new iPhone 3GS. You actually hack the Apple Online Store by changing the product code of a different product while it’s in your basket. Than the iPhone 3GS will be delivered at your doorstep.

It is a bug on Apple’s website but it works. You need to install a Firefox extension. Then go to a non-Apple product, click on the little bug icon, click inspect, then add the item to your basket and change the productcode.

The codes for the iPhones:

iPhone 3G 8GB ($499): MB046LL/A
iPhone 3GS 16GB Black ($599): MB715LL/A
iPhone 3GS 16GB White ($599): MB716LL/A
iPhone 3GS 32GB Black ($699): MB717LL/A
iPhone 3GS 32GB White ($699): MB718LL/A

It is important to know you need an US streetaddress, but this can be fixed easily by going to MyUS.com if you live outside the US. Another important thing is the phone will be unsubsidized but is NOT unlocked. It is still unclear if it will be possible to get it unlocked.
