Apple has released the next version of iTunes and Quicktime. The updates can be downloaded via the software update. iTunes 8.2 now supports OS 3.0 software.

iTunes 8.2 has been available since April, but only in a beta version, specially made for developers testing the OS 3.0 beta software.
Quicktime has also been updated and now wears the name: Quicktime 7.6.2. The update includes increased reliability, enhanced security and improved compatibility.
