Just a short post. Below is a picture of the difference between the current iPhone and the possible new iPhone. Only the back can be seen. The current one has a shiny plastic back, while the new one will probably have a matte finish to the casing. We posted about a matte finish casing before.

Obviously a fake. Look at the print “iPhone” the angle is´nt correct.
But most of all, the matte finish is´nt apple style.
I don’t see how the word “iPhone isn’e angled properly, it looks realistic to me, but I agree, idk why, but I just don’t see apple putting a matte finish on their product. Hey, I”m no expert, just a thought.

I think the matte looks great, and i can certainly see apple going with a matte finish. The Black MacBook sported a matte finish and the new ipods also feature a metallic matte front panel. Only their white products and accessories (polycarb macbook, time capsule, airports, various chargers, etc) have retained the classic apple gloss.
Either way, I’m stoked. I’ve been living with my current iPhone with a strip of dead pixels for a few months now knowing it would be rash to buy a new apple product this close to WWDC and the June ‘refresh’ cycle. To boot, my 120 gig iPod Classic just kicked the bucket so another 16 gigs will be welcomed with open arms.
