Zune HD, the competitor of the iPod, will soon be released. From the looks of it, it really is built to knock the iPod from its throne. But will it happen? Gizmodo got their hands on this touchable mp3 device and posted a video.
The people of Gizmodo say the Zune is “impressive, tighter and more beautiful than the iPod Touch”. The video provided below shows off the UI of the Zune HD. This link also shows a lot of pictures they took. Engadget also is very enthusiastic about the Zune and says “the OLED screen looks absolutely stunning.”
Could this really be an iPod killer? If so, then Apple sure has some work to do to kick the Zune HD from the field. Maybe they surprise us at the WWDC and show us the Zune HD is really no competitor at all.

HD looks nice to me, but I’ve never tried the touch either so I’ll have to see in person.
