AreaMobile.de said, T-Mobile Austria briefly began advertising the new iPhone. The advertisement was quickly removed but stated that the new iPhone would have 32 GB of storage on board. Also, according to engadget.com, Vodafone sent out an e-mail to companies who sell iPhones, to tell them the 16Gb iPhone has been marked “end of life” by their supplier. These new developements could be true and are consistent with other rumors.
Meanwhile other iPhone news is starting to spread as well. John Gruber of Daring Fireball, believes the next iPhone will have a much better processor. From 400 MHz to 600 MHz. That means the next iPhone will be 1,5 times faster then the previous. The memory as well as storage room will be doubled. RAM will have an additional 128 MB making a total of 256 MB. And the storage goes to 32 GB. This is, again, consistent with earlier rumors.
With the WWDC just 2,5 weeks away, rumors are going to be much more realistic and more accurate. Most people believe the new iPhone will be revealed at WWDC, which takes pleace from June 8-12th in San Fransisco.
