I’d like to see a full Final Fantasy RPG game made for the iPhone. If they decided to let’s say do a port of one of the games I’d prefer it to be Final Fantasy 7. But a full iPhone only RPG of Final Fantasy would be sweet!!!

call of duty, bioshock, geometry wars, mario games like you said, maybe brawl, or a full game like galaxy, a good resident evil, maybe 5, the one in the app store sucks, left 4 dead would be cool on the iphone, then maybe more classic nintendo games, like the nes emulator ones, but in the app tore, haha
