Yet another app which makes you well informed and makes your iPhone a perfect intelligent device. This is Darkness and it’s here to stay on my iPhone’s screen where all other useful apps like Shazam, Snaptell etc are located.
Darkness is an application which allows you to find out your current time and location. It has got a city map which pin points the users location. You can also add a particular location. The application then finds out the current direction of the location from the user.
It is expressed as the angular distance from north or south point of the horizon to the point at which a vertical circle passing through the location intersects the horizon. It also shows the sunrise, noon, sunset, moonset and moonrise azimuth.
It is a useful application for outdoor users who needs to find out their exact location, time etc. Darkness is one of the great apps from bjango.
