OpenDNS is a joke. You can’t change your DNS servers on the EDGE or 3G networks. Nor can you change Starbuck’s wifi network DNS servers. Basically, doing that would only work at home with an iPhone or iPod Touch. Sorta defeats the whole purpose of a mobile device/browser.

OpenDNS does this very good…
You just have to configure it on the IPhone Network DNS. No application is necessary.
