Cydia – Appflow (support firmware 2.1) Palringo 1.2.1 update
Sep 21

AptBackup is an application in Cydia that will make a backup of your Cydia installed apps, it does not make a backup of your actual applications or settings. It will make a list of everything you installed from Cydia and back that up. When you restore, it will reinstall all the packages in one step. The list is stored with other settings files and backed up with iTunes. When upgrading to 2.1 you can rapidly restore back your apps etc…although if you have a lot of apps and themes it could take some time.

Features:

- Makes a list of every App you’ve downloaded from Cydia, then backs it up
- Will restore all packages in one step upon iPhone and iTunes restoration

Limitations

- It will not back up the actual Apps, or their settings (In order to reconfigure those parameters, you’ll have to know how to access your iPhone, which we will demonstrate in an upcoming post)
- Your Springboard file placement will not be saved
- Can only restore backups right after your restore your iPhone and iTunes

AppFlow can be found in Cydia via the BigBoss source.
