hi if u want all the cracked application running don't upgrade to 2.1 as it's not allowed to run so wait for the jailbreak, but 2.1 really does improve in signal strength for 3g good work finally done for connectivity

I've been reading up on iClarified. I've got an unlocked and jailbroken 1st gen on 2.0.2. If I update using iTunes 8 to 2.1, can I keep my unlock? That's all I really need right now anyway.

I've seen a couple of testimonies on iClarified saying that the unlock is kept, but I just wanted a word-for-word answer if possible :P An iBrick won't help me much
