Apple presented the new iPod Touch today duraping Steve’s ‘let’s rock’ keynote. What’s different about it? Well first of all, it doesn’t include GPS :(, but it does has a whole lot of new features. To start, the new iPod Touch is much thinner and it does look curved much like the iPhone 3G. The iPod Touch now has volume controls just like the iPhone.
It has a new design with a chrome rim and a tapered back much like the iPhone but much thinner of course. What i was hoping to see in all previous firmwares of the iPhone has now finally been added to the iTouch. Nike+. The Nike+ now has a received built-in to the new iTouch. However you will still need the in-shoe transmitter to get everything working ;). The new iTouch alos has the on-the-fly genius playlist creation, for this us iPhone users will have to wait untill friday!
The iTouch is available starting from tomorrow for the following new prices: $229 for the 8GB, $299 for the 16GB, and $399 for the 32GB.
Features :
- 3.5-inch display.
- Volume controls.
- Accelerometer.
- 802.11 b/g wireless.
- Built-in speaker.
- Nike+ receiver built-in
- Genius Playlist
