The Ipod touch update normally costs you 9.99$. However by checking the communication that goes from your PC to the Apple site, you can quickly discover a link (file) in which all iPod firmware files are showed in clear text.

Click this link and a new window will open with a XML file. In this XML file you simply search for the firmware you would like to have on your iPod Touch.
If you want firmware 2.0.2 just search for /iPhone1,1_2.0.2_5C1_Restore.ipsw and it will give you the direct download link.
