WinPwn 2.5 has been released and has many new features. For one, it now supports the new 2.0.2 firmware. It also has many new attributes that make it easier to use for everyone. Download link and full features after the break.
WinPwn 2.5 features:
- QuickPwn Support for 2.0/2.0.1/2.0.2
- Root partition resize support
- Installer support
- Basic / Expert modes
- Wizard style interface
- Automatic updater
- Support for WinXP and Vista 32/64bit.
Some notes:
- Online image browsing is down due to high traffic
- Why is it beta? Well it’s my way of saying.. Use at your own risk
- You MUST do a full uninstall of WinPwn 1/2 before installing the new version
- Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes (Currently 7.7)

The only bug I found was when quickpwning, it doesnt add installer. I only use installer for Kate so its no big deal :)
this doesn’t even works, after hasing the ipsw it just closes. what the deal.
using expert mode it just sits there and does nothing when saying building ispw…however, simple mode it works.
any advice?
:???: creating custom-Iphone (2.2) works fine but restoring via I-tunes always stops with (error6) when starts wrinting the software to Iphone..
You may need to increase your partition size…

I have the original Iphone that I recently bought and unlocked with Winpwn 2.4 that gave me the 2.0.1 software but i want the 2.0.2 software.
What I want to know is if I use Winpwn 2.5 will I lose all my files and apps, will it restore my Iphone totally?
